Pharrell Releasing Crazy BYW to Celebrate Chinese New Year

Pharrell’s next collaboration with Adidas will be a sneaker celebrating the Chinese New Year. The Crazy BYW is getting a fun new color scheme with the classic Chinese colors of red and yellow.

The theme for the New Year is advanced by a golden dragon scale pattern on the knit upper. One of Skateboard P’s trademarks, embroidered text that reads “Ambition,” is prominently shown down the center of each shoe.Sneaker wearers are insured maximum comfort via the Crazy BYW’s podular Boost midsole.

There is no specific release date for the shoes, but they should drop sometime in the next few months and will retail for $250.
