Will my shoes fit?
Signature: up to size 13. Signature XL: up to size 17. Commuter: up to size 15. Duffle: up to size 16, according to the Black Duffle listing.
How many pairs really fit?
It depends on the size and type of shoe. Sole Premise says 3 to 5 pairs fit in the Signature. One XL buyer in size 13 packed 3 to 4 pairs. If you always bring 5, choose a Signature or XL and pack sneakers, not boots, in the shoe compartments.
Will it fit in the overhead bin?
All four are sold as carry-on size. Airline limits are different, so check yours before you fly.
Do my shoes touch my clothes?
No. The Signature and XL have padded shoe compartments, the Commuter has its own shoe compartment, and the Duffle has two. Your clothes go in a separate space.
Can I bring a laptop?
Yes. The Signature has a padded sleeve for up to a 17-inch laptop, the XL and Commuter have laptop sleeves, and the Duffle has room for one with your clothes.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days to request a return. The bag must be unused, with its tags and packaging, and a $19.99 restocking fee applies. Items sold at 35% off or more, flash sale items and mystery bags are final sale.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. A 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covers manufacturer defects.
