How long will it take to get my orders?
We process all order within 1 business. allowing most items to arrive within 3-4 days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Where does my order ship from?
Our Warehouses and Offices are in Orlando, Florida. We ship directly from our Warehouses to your desired location.
What is your Return Policy?
Our goal is to build a family of Happy Customers, so if the product does not work out, we do have a 30-day return policy.
Can This Be Stored in the Overhead Bin?
All our Signature Bags can fit in the overhead bin of every major airline including Spirit, Allegiant, Southwest, Delta, and many others.
How Many Shoes Can Fit in the Bag?
5 Pairs of shoes can fit in our Sole Premise Signature Bag (Our Patented Design).
Can Other Items Fit inside the bag?
Alongside your 5 pairs of shoes, we have separate compartments for clothes, 13-17' laptop, tablet, socks/underwear as well as any additional travel accessories.
