Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. We also offer returns for damaged or defective products, these requests must be made within 30 days of the product delivery. (This is subject to change based on the condition of bag received)

Any returns made that appear to have damage by consumers use will automatically be returned back to the sender.

**All bag upgrades are not eligible for exchange/refund due to their limited nature.

Returns are subject to a $14.99 restocking fee.
