Absolutely not what I ordered! Bad !!

I love Sole Premise travel bags, I can put at least 2 shoes(size 14) clothes for a couple days, toiletries and my CPAP machine all in one and im off traveling the world. Every where I go I always get compliments on how nice my bags are. The well though out engineering of the compartments, to the luxury materials use for the look and feel of the XL Backpack. Since I've ordered this new bag from Sole Premise now I have three the Denim Blue, Orange, and now the Black on wheels. The Denim Blue arm strap tore apart while I was in Paris so lucky I had the other side so I don't know the warranty on your bags. But all I know Sole Premise is the ONLY travel bag for me. Thank You Sole Premise.
